I will determine which items will stay in the home and which should be removed and placed in storage for your future home. We can focus on specific areas or work on the entire house, depending on what needs to be edited to determine what will be used to stage and what needs to go.
Another goal of staging is to de-personalize the home so that a wide range of potential buyers can visualize themselves living there. Every home has a target market and it is important to create the unique style that makes the home irresistible to your buyer.
At the same time, we will make notes of any cosmetic repairs that will need to be done prior to listing. Today’s buyers want a home that is “move-in” ready!
